Mothering the Fourth Trimester
Mothering Fourth Trimester teaching series is 8-weeks, Sugar Night Night will be speaking on May 29th at Wee Gather this special series is hosted by Candace Hallak, Born To Blossom Doula. We will be opening up our space for a small number of Mama’s and their babies. All are welcome to rest, nurse, talk and get to know each other to follow group sessions. Gaining a community and “village” for each and every woman is key! We will be discussing key topics like breastfeeding, pelvic floor therapy, homeopathy, safety during postpartum, and much more!
Candace Hallak is a mother of two beautiful kids and says: “I am on this journey beside each and every new parent”. After working for about 4 years in a nearby emergency department her heart was ready for a new venture. She transferred to Labor and Delivery and instantly felt so uplifted. She strives to deliver a holistic approach to labor and postpartum care to ensure every client gets the calm and pleasant experience they deserve.
