Support Sundays is the best kind of meetup, where new and old friends come together to bond over shared experiences, laugh through frustrations, and learn from an expert on topics important to them.

This once-a-month gathering is a judgment-free space for parents to take a moment for themselves and connect with others.

This is an adults-only event.

This event is free for Gymboree Play & Music Members. Members, please register at your local Play& Music location.

Parking and entrance in the back. Please bring socks.

Jen will be speaking about  how to gently solve your child’s sleep problems. In this workshop, we’ll cover general sleep education and the science and behavioral “must knows.” Topics include common problems, how to solve them and the secret to sleep coaching success… all while keeping tears to a minimum.
