Toddler Sleep Basics
$75 per person, $90 per couple.
Did you think that your toddler would have started to fall asleep at bedtime unassisted by now? Do they still need help to fall asleep? Are you feeling stuck with how to get your toddler on a good bedtime routine and schedule? Are you having a “late night visitor” in your bed and you are not sure how to help your toddler sleep through the night? Are you wanting to co-sleep but don’t know how to help your toddler start the first few hours after bedtime on their own so you can have some time in the evening with your partner? Then this workshop is for you!

“Jen is an amazing resource for families struggling to find balance in their children’s daily sleep routine. She offers practical advice that is personalized to the child’s temperament and the family’s needs. (Not a one size fits all approach!)
I thought I knew the essentials of sleep principles after success with my twins. But I found my 18-month old singleton to be the greatest challenge. With a few ideas from Jen that included the practice of putting her down to sleep in her bedroom as opposed to letting her fall asleep in the family room and carrying her to her bed, made a world of difference! (I still nursed her, but changed the location) We also looked at the windows of naptime during the day and adjusted to meet the natural sleep cycles. Families of toddlers can benefit too- it’s not just for newborns!
If your family has a current sleep challenge, consider one of the many options that Jen offers!”
